Pre AP Geometry

Dear Parents and Students,

Pre AP Geometry is a challenging college preparatory class that is extremely important for success on the SAT/ACT exam.  Some of the topics we will explore this year include Inductive and Deductive Reasoning, Angle and Segment Relations, Similarity, Transformations, Special Right Triangles, Pythagorean Theorem, Trigonometry, Area, and Volume.   I update this webpage daily with homework assignments as well as upcoming quiz and test dates.  Also, please sign up for the reminder text messages regarding major exams and projects by texting  @3fggch   to  81010.   I will be discussing and demonstrating  math study skills in class at great length, and will be available for tutoring most mornings by 7:15 and most afternoons until 4:00.  My conference period is from 7:45 until 8:15 each day, and I can be contacted by phone at 435-6100 or through e-mail at mneville@huntsville-isd.org.

Sincerely,

Mary Neville
