At the Huntsville High School Registrar's Office, we strive to provide timely service for all transcript/record* requests.
Please allow up to 24 hours to process transcript requests, and up to 5 days for any other records requested.
Expect delays for records requested during our holiday breaks and summer break.

If you are unable to access our Google Forms at the links above, please complete the appropriate PDF Form below and turn in at the campus or email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your photo ID.

* Immunization records requests should be directed to the HHS Campus Clinic staff by calling 936 435 6102 or by email; Tina Williams, RN (email@example.com) or LaTonya Cole, Clinic Assistant (firstname.lastname@example.org). Immunization record copies are free to currently enrolled students; graduates and others not currently enrolled will incur a $5 charge.
